If you received Grade 3, you’re contributing meaningfully to what we are building and for that, I want to thank you for your hard work. Your dedication drives us forward, and together, we will set new benchmarks for success. 

As I emphasized in OneBitkub All Hands 2025, we are here not for the ordinary. We are here to revolutionize Thailand’s financial industry. This requires a new level of commitment, resilience, and execution. We are moving from being a good company to becoming a great one.
