Dear Bitkubers,
We’ve come a long way. The past few years have tested us, pushing us to adapt, evolve, and emerge stronger. Today, I can confidently say - we are at our strongest. The most challenging days are behind us, and ahead lies a future full of promise.
Over the past year, we've reinforced our foundation, ensuring that what we build is not just good, but exceptional. We are no longer a startup trying to prove ourselves — we are a company ready to lead.
But leadership is not about ambition alone. It demands the right people, the right culture, and the right mindset. A great company is not simply an organization; it's a movement driven by individuals who deeply believe in what they are creating. It is built by those who are ready to challenge the status quo, solve complex problems, and do what others deem impossible.
Excellence is never easy. This year, we've set the bar higher — not just because we could, but because we must.
Our annual performance reviews were rigorous, not to discourage, but to elevate.
To be clear: a "Grade 3: Meeting Expectations" is an achievement. It reflects the high standards we uphold and the caliber of talent we cultivate. If you received Grade 3, you’re contributing meaningfully to what we are building and for that, I want to thank you for your hard work. Your dedication drives us forward, and together, we will set new benchmarks for success.
As I emphasized in OneBitkub All Hands 2025, we are here not for the ordinary. We are here to revolutionize Thailand’s financial industry. This requires a new level of commitment, resilience, and execution. We are moving from being a good company to becoming a great one.Our vision is clear: to create legendary companies that are worthy of people's time. Achieving this vision requires a culture that values those who are deeply invested in what we are building. This year, we are shaping that culture. When the right people come together with the right mindset, greatness follows.Let’s make history. Let’s build something legendary. The Next Chapter of Bitkub Begins - Now.
Sincerely,
Topp Jirayut Srupsrisopa
