As the world increasingly moves in a new direction, it is becoming clear that technology will be a critical force in creating new opportunities for countries and shaping the future of society across many dimensions. The key challenge for any country is therefore to build readiness from the ground up by developing people's knowledge, skills, and capabilities while ensuring that they have a strong understanding of technology. In the coming years, the growing capabilities of AI will transform industries and fundamentally reshape the way humans work on a broad scale. At THAILAND'S MOMENTUM 2026: "Navigating a Fragmented World," under the topic "Society - Human Capital, AI Adaptation, and Sustainable Competitiveness," I had the opportunity to exchange perspectives and share visions with Prof. Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, and Dr. Kobsak Pootrakool, Executive Director of Bangkok Bank, with Khun Panu Wongcha-um, FCCT President, serving as the moderator.
