In the real world, leaders often develop their own frameworks and ways of thinking through years of experience. Sometimes, without realizing it, these accumulated perspectives can become a lens that keeps us seeing the world in familiar ways.
Learning in this class was an opportunity to open myself up to new experiences and reflect on my own way of thinking. Through discussions, debates, and exchanging perspectives with others, I came to realize that there are still many things I had never known or considered before.
Thank you to Khun Sun - Makha Varunpaijit from UDeeDee for inviting me to share my experience and insights from studying at Harvard Business School. I hope that what I shared will offer new perspectives and inspiration that everyone can take away and apply in their own lives and work.
